Paul, also known as "Junior", keeps track of the breakfast and the shop. Even when the #teamreception needs support, Paul is always there to help. In his free time, you can find Paul on the soccer field in Uderns, where the passionate pizza chef is an active midfielder.

Marcus has been working as a head chef for many years, and his passion for cooking has been part of his life from an early age. From pickled cucumbers and radishes to our homemade cakes, he loves making everything from scratch and is always coming up with new creative ideas. Marcus is a perfect fit for our team, and his favourite saying is: “No problem, we’ll make it happen.”

Keeps an eye on everything in our office and happily lends an ear to anyone. Wind and rain don't bother her at all, because she loves to spend her free time outside in the nature.

Is our whirlwind at the reception desk. She makes everyone laugh. She loves nice things and always has a special shopping tip for you on hand.

Mona is responsible for marketing and brings our stories to life with creativity and passion. But if you ask her, she'd much rather be behind the coffee machine perfecting her latte art. In her free time, you'll usually find her outdoors, exploring nature and always on the lookout for new favorite places.

The football player always welcomes you with a smile. When he's not working in the reception, Elias can be found on the show stage, because he's also an entertainer on the side.

While Paula is currently enjoying the beaches of Bali and catching some waves, we're already looking forward to welcoming her back. From winter 2026, Paula will be back as part of our team, ready to welcome you to Natürlich Hell once again. Until then, we wish you an unforgettable time – we can't wait to have you back!

Sandra is always happy and in a good mood and quickly settled into the #teamreception. She likes to spend her free time on her bike or gardening.

Whether it's a classic massage or a personalized treatment – our Zuzana knows how to relieve all kinds of tension. When she's not working her magic at our place, you'll probably find her out in nature with her two dogs.

As a man of many trades, this friendly family man is always ready to help when skilled craftsmanship is needed.

The early riser always prepares his family breakfast and school snacks before he comes to work. He keeps the campsite in good shape inside and outside and knows how to help himself in any situation.

Marko works with great dedication to keep our campsite and outdoor areas well maintained and in top condition. Whether it's small repairs, gardening, or general maintenance work – you can always count on him.

Has been the soul of our house for 10 years. She is always in a good mood and always keeps cool in stressful situations.

Agota forms the Team Cleaning trio together with Karola and Juliane. She always starts her day at 7.30 a.m. with a smile on her face.

Daniela takes great care and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to keeping everythingclean and tidy. She loves listening to music while cleaning – it keeps her motivated and adds extra energy to her day.

Our kind soul in the shop has many hidden talents. She decorates, helps with breakfast and also has a green thumb for the garden.

With great warmth and dedication, Manuela supports us both in the shop and during breakfast service. Her friendly nature and hands-on attitude are a wonderful asset to our team.

'Always stay optimistic' is the motto of our cheerful nature. Heidi whirls back and forth between the shop and breakfast in a good mood.

Szabina is part of our breakfast team and brings a great mood with her every morning. She is the mother of a son, has lived in the Zillertal for over ten years, and with her warm and friendly nature ensures a pleasant start to the day.

Gabriel is part of our kitchen team as Sous Chef since July. However, his connection with Chef Marcus goes back many years: Gabriel was already his apprentice during his training in Germany. With great passion, team spirit and high standards of quality, Gabriel ensures that every dish is prepared and presented with care and attention to detail.

Marek creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Lokal ’59 with his friendly personality and attentive service. He recently became a father, and when he's not looking after our guests, he loves spending time with his young family.

Gabor has been part of our team since May 2026 and brings great energy and a positive attitude to work every day. When he's not at the restaurant, you'll most likely find him fishing, where he enjoys peace and relaxation. His second big passion is cars – anything with four wheels immediately catches his interest.

With her warm personality and always having an open ear for our guests, Adri has become an essential part of Lokal ’59. She loves connecting with people, and her positive attitude helps make every guest feel truly welcome.
