Do you have questions about our campgrounds & apartment-hotel? Here we have put together the most frequently asked questions. Furthermore, we prepared a digital holiday companion for you. 1. Arrival and check-in
When do I have access to my campsite?
On your arrival day, your campsite will be ready starting at 2.00 pm. Please try to avoid an early arrival so that we can have everything prepared for you.
Please let us know if you plan to arrive before 2.00 pm. (additional costs)
Early Bird - for arrivals in the morning we charge 25,--. Only possible outside the main season and depending on capacity utilisation! Please contact us in good time if you are planning to check in in the morning.
I am travelling at night to avoid possible traffic jams and want to park in front of the campsite with my motorhome/caravan?
It is not permitted to block the access road and staff car parks in the driveway during the night. If you do arrive at night, we will charge a half-day fee, starting at EUR 30.00 depending on the season. Please let us know if you are arriving at night.
Late check in - for arrivals after 20.00 we kindly ask you to contact us in advance. We leave your keycards and a map in the key safe at reception so that you can find your way around.

When can I check in to my apartment?
On your arrival day, your comfortable home away from home will be ready for check-in starting at 4.00 pm.

I am traveling at night to avoid possible traffic jams and would like to park my camper/RV in front of the campsite.
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to block access and employee parking spaces at the entrance during the night. If you should arrive at night, we charge a half-day fee, from EUR 25 depending on the season. Please let us know if you plan on arriving during the night.
2. Camping
How many amps does the electricity hook-up have and how do I plug it in to my camper?
Our campgrounds are equipped with 16-amp electrical connections. Remember to bring a Europlug (three-pole CEE plug) and an extension cord.
5kwh/day are included, in case of additional consumption we charge €0.90 per kwh.
Where can I empty the toilet tank?
On your campsite, there is a waste water hook-up, which can be used only for gray water. You can clean your toilet tank with the Camper Clean for EUR 2,- or empty it at the waste disposal site at the campground entrance.
Where can I find drinking water?
Drinking water fountains can be found everywhere on our campgrounds. Sustainability is very important to us here so please use this valuable nature resource carefully and conservatively.
How does the TV hook-up work?
You can find connections for TV equipment in the electrical panel. You will need a TVB-C-capable TV (with receiver) and when scanning for stations, please don't enter in a country.
Can I lay down a plastic sheet under the awning?
No, please don't lay down a plastic sheet under the awning. This may damage the ground and cause it to mildew. It is better to use an air-permeable rug or carpet to protect the ground.
Am I allowed to grill with charcoal at my campsite?
We are always concerned about safety and therefore ask that charcoal grills only be used in the grilling area next to the soccer field. Only gas- and electric-grills may be used on the pitch.
Is WLAN available on the campsites?
Our WLAN is available for free on all of our campsites. When you log in, you don't need a password, you must simply accept the terms and conditions.
If you have bad reception on your campsite despite the many antennas on our premises, you can use the WLAN in the main building (for example in the reading corner).
Is is possible to camp with a tent?
Yes of course. You are welcome to enjoy your vacation here in a tent. Mobile home pitches are not suitable for tents.
Where can I park my car?
Please park your car directly on your campsite. If you should need a parking spot outside of this area, we charge EUR 4 per day.
My friends are vacationing nearby. Are they allowed to visit?
Your friends are welcome to pick you up directly from your pitch and stay with us for an hour free of charge. However, your visitors are not allowed to use the campsite facilities (swimming pools or play areas). If your visitor stays longer, a visitor's fee will be charged. Your visitors must always be registered at reception.
Can I hear traffic noise from the nearby road at the campsite?
Depending on the weather, you can hear the traffic from the road. The campsites located on the edge of the larch field are affected more often.
Is there an opportunity to go for a walk with my dog in the forest?
For a short walk with your four-legged friend, it is best to take the sidewalk and then the bike/walking trail in the field. Unfortunately, a short walk directly in the forest is not possible.
Where can I my exchange my gas canister?
Simply bring your gas canister to our reception desk. We can exchange gray steel cylinders with 11 kg or 5 kg. Aluminum and BP canisters are available at Campingparadies Krug in Wattens. You can also exchange aluminium gas cylinders in Aschau at the Hagebaumarkt (Flaga+Primagas).
3. Apartment-hotel
Are bed linens,bathrobes and towels available in the apartment?
Yes, our exclusive apartments are fully-equipped - bed linens, bathrobes for adults, hand towels, dish towels, and sauna towels are inclusive.
Is there a coffee maker in my room?
Yes, a coffee pod machine is available in your stylish apartment. You can conveniently purchase pod refills in our shop. Upon request, we will also provide a coffee filter machine for your morning coffee enjoyment.
Where can I park my car?
We have reserved a parking space exclusively for you at your apartment or garden lodge.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, you don't have to haul your luggage up steep steps. Instead you can comfortably take the elevator to your apartment.
Where are the apartments and garden lodges located on the grounds?
You can find your apartment on the 1st floor of the main building - they are west-facing. Our garden lodges are located in a field of larches on the edge of the campgrounds.
You are welcome to bring your dog to our Lodges in the low season after consultation. (max. 1 dog)
Which facilities can I use?
During your stay here, you can exclusively use all wellness facilities (sauna, indoor pool, outdoor pool) as well as fitness and play rooms.
Are friends allowed to visit and use the facilities?
No, your guests are not allowed to use our facilities.
Can I bring along my bike?
Of course. You are welcome to store your bike in our locked bike storage room.
4. Restaurant – breakfast – shop
When does breakfast start?
Start your day with the most important meal of the day. From 7.30 to 10.30 am, we will pamper you in our sunny breakfast room with an inviting buffet.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and shop.
When is the shop open?
Our mini market Brot & Co. is open from 7.30 am to 8.00 pm. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful espresso or cappuccino.
Must I make reservations for the restaurant?
No, you can either take an open seat in the restaurant area or you can make yourself comfortable in our cozy lounge. If you prefer a more private atmosphere, you can take your order back to your apartment or camper.
Are there vegan and vegetarian dishes?
We gladly provide a small selection of vegan or vegetarian dishes. Simply speak to us directly in the restaurant about options.
5. Wellness – fitness – spa
Are children allowed in the sauna area?
Our sauna facility is only for adults 16 and older.
My child is under 16 years old and has an exercise regimen. Are they allowed to use the fitness studio?
Unfortunately, the fitness area is only for adults 16 and older, but your child is welcome to use the gymnastics room for exercise.
Are towels available in the sauna?
No, but sauna towels are available in the rooms for guests of our apartment-hotel.
Is the outdoor pool heated?
Yes, our 20 meter outdoor pool and the paddling pool have a pleasant water temperature of around 25 degrees.
Can we use the indoor swimming pool?
The indoor pool is always included in the price. It is open from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, in the morning between 7.30 am to 9.00 am for adults only.
The pool is 17 m long and the water temperature is 31 degrees.
6. Surroundings
Where can I find a bike trail?
Turn left at the campground exit and after around 200 m, turn right heading through the underpass. Here you will find the stop for the bus and the Zillertalbahn.
How far is it from the town center of Fügen?
You can reach the town center of Fügen on foot in around 15 minutes - around 1.5 km.
Can I fish in the surroundings?
In Stumm there is the "Bochra-See". You can fish in this fishing pond without a fishing license.
Is there a lake nearby?
Yes, if you take the bike trail out of the valley, the Schlitterersee is located around 3 kilometers away. You can reach the famous Achensee in around 20 minutes by car. The Rheintaler See in Kramsach is located circa 20 minutes away by car (20 kilometers).
How far is it to the nearest lift?
The Spieljochbahn in Fügen is around 3 milometers away, and it will take you into the picturesque landscape of the foothills of the Tux Alps.
What are some sights in the surroundings I should visit?
Whether a drive along the Zillertaler Höhenstraße, one of Austria's most beautiful Alpine roads, a ride on the steam train of the Zillertalbahn, a visit to the glacier paradise in Hintertux, or a one-of-a-kind view from the Spieljoch - our excursion destinations will make your vacation something special.
Where can I find a traditional Tyrolean inn?
The best place to enjoy genuine Tyrolean hospitality is at the Goglhof on the Fügenberg (reachable on foot or by car).
Is there an Alpine hut that I can reach by car?
Yes, there are several Tyrolean huts that you can easily reach by car, for example:
- The Schellenbergalm on the Hochfügener Straße
- The Finkau Alm in Gerlos
- The Pletzach Alm and Falzthurn Almen in Pertisau on the Achensee
7. Service
Is there a bike rental?
Yes, you are welcome to rent two E-Bikes from us at the reception desk. More mountain bikes and e-bikes are available at Sport 2000 in Fügen.
Can I charge my e-car?
There are four e-charging stations at the parking lot, which can be used by arrangement in the reception. (per kW 0,65--€)
Is there a car rental?
Yes, you can easily and conveniently rent 2 electric cars (Renault ZOE) with a range of 400 km for your excursions here.
Can I do my laundry?
Yes, there are 4 washing machines and 2 dryers in the basement of our main building (EUR 5,- per wash and drying cycle). Please bring your own detergent.
8. Departure and check-out
When must I check out?
We ask that you check out of your apartment by 10.00 am and leave your campsite by 11.00 am on your departure day.
If I would like to go hiking on my departure day, can I leave my camper?
If you are a guest in our apartments, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room after check-out on your departure day.
For campers and RVs, it is unfortunately not possible to park in front of the entrance barrier. Depending on the occupancy of the campgrounds and the season, it may be possible to remain parked on your campsite for an extra fee - we charge either for a half day or an extra day.
9. Opening times
When is Natürlich Hell open?
The Campsite and the Aparthotel is open all year around exept during our company vacation.
Company vacation autumn: 3rd of November until 13th of December 2024.
During our company vacation, you can still get in touch with us via e.mail or phone from Monday to Saturday, 8.00 am to 12.00 am.
