Touch. Movement. Awareness.
This extended yoga and massage weekend invites you to step out of constant planning and forward thinking, and to arrive fully in the present moment through movement, touch, and stillness.
It is a space where, through mindful sensation, a deeper connection to yourself can emerge - and gratitude is not something to be thought about, but experienced as a state of awareness.

“Living consciously in the here and now is what sustains me and what I pass on.
What moves me is the longing to slow down: to step out of constant forward thinking and to give space back to the present moment. Not rushing, not waiting for a better moment in the future, but touching life now and allowing ourselves to be touched by it.
My work is shaped by many years of yoga and massage training, which I had the opportunity to complete in different parts of the world, including London, India, Austria, and Germany. Tantra Yoga, in particular, has deeply influenced me. It invites us to meet life in all its facets and to be with what is present - also in challenging moments.
Through the connection of movement, touch, and awareness, a space of presence, acceptance, and inner spaciousness opens for me, forming the foundation for experiencing the moment consciously.”
