For your booking, send us the filled-out booking form. You will receive a booking confirmation with a request for a deposit to made within 7 days either by a transfer to our account (free of charge) or by credit card. Upon receiving the deposit, we will immediately send you a confirmation, and the booking is binding.

Credit card: For a withdrawal, we need the 16-digit card number as well as the 4-digit expiration date - by telephone or e-mail.
ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE
On your arrival day, the apartment/garden lodge will be available for check-in at 4:00 pm. If you do not plan on arriving this early, take the time for a leisurely arrival. On your departure day, you must check out of your apartment/garden lodge by 10:00 am. Delayed arrivals or early departures (for ex. due to bad weather, etc.) do not allow for price reductions. Fees for unused days must also be paid.
A lot can happen between the time you book your vacation and your actual arrival - a cancellation is inconvenient for both parties and must be made in writing. We recommend travel cancellation insurance. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 10 Chapt. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the AGBH apply to our house:
- Up to 2 months prior to arrival € 30 for processing
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival 40% of the travel price or the deposit
- 1 month to 1 week 70% of the travel price
- For a cancellation within the last week prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the travel price

Only the registered number of people are allowed to use the apartment/garden lodge. The recreational facilities of our resort are not open to the general public. We ask for your understanding in that it is not possible for visitors to use these facilities. Dogs are allowed in the chalets only with prior arrangement. They must be on a leash.
Dogs are not allowed on the playground and soccer field, as well as at the pool and in the playrooms and lounges. Please note that in the low season, the reception desk and restaurant have limited opening hours. We do not accept credit cards for packages and special offers!
